Safety First! Before starting any new exercise program, it’s important to listen to your body. Only perform exercises that you’re comfortable with and don’t push yourself beyond your limits. If you’re unsure about a particular exercise or have any underlying health conditions, be sure to discuss the program with your doctor first before trying. Your safety is our priority, so take it slow, be mindful of how you feel, and always prioritize your well-being. And remember, the whole “no pain, no gain” thing is usually wrong! If you have pain during any of these exercises, please stop.
